T.N. Metal Works Co., Ltd. is leading manufacturer & trading in industrial products. To be the leader in Industrial services, we have imported industrial products that obtain world-class quality standard in each product category to serve customers demand. According to that practice, we are exclusive distributor of various products from worldwide principals for Electric motor, Explosion proof motor, Large motor, Gear motor, Transmission equipment, Water pump, Burner, Inverter, Automation products, Antipollution system etc.
At present, we have two manufacturing plants, where production lines are distinctively divided into motor & water pump and fan & blower plant including all accessories related to ventilation and dust collector system.
Our first factory. TN Metalworks, manufactures products under the brand “VENZ” including electric motor. Torque motor, and special order such as stainless motor, floor polishing motor, spinning motor for textile industries, aerator motor for prawn farm and industrial water pump.
The second factory, Venz Industrial Co., Ltd. was founded in 2002 to seperate the production line of VENZ industrial fan from TN Metalworks mainly purposed to increase productivity and quality development to meet customer's satisfaction and requirement. After that, Venz Industrial Co.,Ltd. has cooperated with reputable technology partner from Europe for fan&blower under brand name “Eurovent”. We also cooperate with Japanese company for high technology of heavy industrial fan under brand name “VENZ plus”. We acquire the cutting-edge and high standard machinery operated by computer system and we also have product specialist who are highly experienced to ensure the optimum quality in every production processes.
Both plants provide the quality and efficiency testing room with high quality measurement and instrument, for our research & development department. Now, we successfully step ourselves into international standard, evidenced by certified ISO 9001:2008 from BUREAU VERITAS CERTIFICATION (UKAS) to prepare our company ready to compete in the world market.
Our company realized on how important of service so we set up service division under name of “Service Guru”, who expert in engineering and maintenance including installation work and system analysis with high accuracy analyzing instrument such as Field balancing machine, Laser aligment instrument, Vibration analysis instrument, Flow and pressure measurement instrument, etc.
We provide a large warehouse with 12,000 Sqaremeter in size as distribution center. We use modern software to manage our logistics system. Besides, we provide over 20 transporting trucks equipped with GPS system for the fastest delivery in order to support our customer and the expansion of Agriculture and Industry sector.
